Is it possible for hair to grow back in around 5 hours if so how?

Yes, it is possible... However, it will only probably grow about 0.000000000001 inches...

Hair doesn't grow that fast. It grows faster in the summer months because of all the sun exposure people get.

I got 10 inches cut off the 1st of May and I will probably be waiting more than a year for that to grow back.
