Anger is different for everyone. Some people throw crap and yell or others simply cry in frustation. It just depends on who you are.

It's your body's way of releasing the energy created from the frustration/anger. Some say it means you are emotionally sensitive. For me, it happened alot, until I started taking anti-depressant and anti-anxiety meds. I no longer take the meds, and condition has subsided.

When we get really worked up adrenaline builds up in our body a lot of it can cause an extreme reaction like violence or even something from the other side of the spectrum, crying. It's normal.

Dunno. I know that that happens to me too though. I try not to but it's good to do so from time to time..
