How do you forget your Body and live with your Mind, when you're injured and i pain?
Basically i have an injury that is painful and it's constant pain and sensations. My therapist said that our brain/head is the most important and is what makes us human and that i should not care
so much about the body...and try to be strong.
And well i have to be because i still have 2 weeks til my dr appt.
My question is, How? how do you ignore all the pain and discomfort that your body gives you and keep doing your life?
