My Macbook Pro's screen icons and webpages are huge now, what happened?

I froze while playing a game and I was forced to use a hard restart. After the restart I logged on as normal and my icons were huge, my dock was huge, and my webpages were huge. It's not my zoom or resolution though because I already tried them. If anyone has an idea on what could have happened PLEASE at least leave an attempt to help me out. Thanks!

In my opinion you changed standard size of the icons on your Mac Book .this can be rectified by opening the Mac Book's hard drive and click on the icons, choose ''show view options" and download free fonts, click the text size menu and select the size of text you would desire your icons and folders on your Mac Book to have.
