What is a easy way to gain weight ?
Eat foods that are high in protein, carbs, & fat while exercising. It will help you gain weight healthily.
Eat a lot of fats, like fast food or under-cooked meats..
Eat my favorite food, greek yougourt with chocolate chips, and then go to the gym or run
Eat and build muscle
Elle is right, me thinks. Eat protein (fish, chicken, lean red meat) and do weight training. Very little cardio. Maybe just to warm up.
A good/safe way to gain weight is by drinking Ensure milk ( ;-D
eat and sleep a lot.. :p
