Buy a kettle corn package, just like if you were buying regular popcorn. You cook it the same way but it's sweeter.
I make it at home on my popcorn maker.
We make kettle corn on the stove. We use corn oil to grease a pot, add regular popcorn kernels, some sugar, and you cook it until it pops, shaking the pot often so that the sugar gets all over the popcorn.
