I got a cut on my foot last weekend, and it randomly starts itching. What should I do?

Itching means the tissue is repairing itself, it's part of the healing process. Don't scratch it cuz you'll just re-open the wound n at that point, you are at risk for infection. Underneath your nails you carry dirt, no bueno for an opened wound.

It is definitely normal. Sometimes ice will help with the itch.

I would advice you to visit your personal doctor for further treatment, because the wound might be infected with a bacterial infection or you need to get tetanus injection to prevent germs from spreading.

it is healing dont scratch it just rub it

You can put an ice cube on it. The cold effect will numb the itch.

Use plenty of alcohol and Vaseline for the cut and also use Lamisil for foot fungus . Your feet will sweat when wearing shoes time to time.
