I know this guy likes me and i like him too but how do i ask him out? and we are best friends too please help me

You can start a conversation with him as you are flirting and then give good eye contact to gather confidence. Ask him non-invasive questions about himself, like the kinds of things he likes to do, about his favorite kind of food is, or also if he likes to play sports. From there you can ask him out and if he says no, you should not get upset.
