Actually it depends on if you want to clean up the mess they make while bakeing. I always wrap mine and bake at 350 for about 45- to one hour. If you do not wrap it be sure you use a NON STICK PAN because they drain something terrible. And clean the pan or at least put it in soak while the pan is still warm if not it's a terrible stickey mess to get out of your pan. Hope I've helped you. Enjoy. Great choice. We love them.
