Fish esp salmon fruits nuts vegetables whole wheat carbs instead of eating white rice eat brown rice wheat bread instead of white bread exercise dont eat late stay away from sugar fried foods white flour and soda you will see a change nd make sure u get 7-8hrs sleep for working out walking dont cost u nothing u can always walk dance run up and down the steps or if u have a wi or xbox theres plenty of workout cds to buy if u dont own a system u can always buy a exercise cd to pop in the dvd player to exercise too
