If I am working 40 a week for an employer who offers full time benefits to other employees, how can I not receive full benefits as well?
You need to check with your local city or state government on whether or not an employer is required to offer benefits to all employees if to any at all.
Perhaps you were hired as part-time/casual.
I would say obviously because you work for a temp service/contractor.
