Whats a good workout for a 14 year old?

So over the summer i want to go to planet fitness everyday monday - friday so what workout should i do. i really want to get my abs done and my chest bigger and i think i have a good approach with my arms. also is running incline good for calves?

You should exercise bench and lifting a weighted barbell off of the exercise rack. After performing a set of bench presses, stand up from the exercise bench and take a dumbbell in each hand. If you can't do twenty five straight push ups you can't even think about strength training or getting bigger

Where did you come from? Go somewhere i never said i couldnt do 25 and actually i can do 30 straight in 1 minute
