How do you write piano chords on a staff?

do you just like stack the notes it's comprised of on the staff or something else? I'm just starting to learn piano but trying to write a song

If the notes are to be played at the same time, they are stacked one on top of the other.

U use two staffs one for bass and one for umm the other one. Sorry don't remember the name. Then u play both at the same time
