How do you write piano chords on a staff?

do you just like stack the notes it's comprised of on the staff or something else? I'm just starting to learn piano but trying to write a song

If the notes are to be played at the same time, they are stacked one on top of the other.

U use two staffs one for bass and one for umm the other one. Sorry don't remember the name. Then u play both at the same time

First, create a blank music staff by just using a ruler. Then, play the piece of music you have played on your piano again, and write down each note on the score. Visit the site http://www.wikihow.com/Write-a-Song-for-Piano to see more details.
