My betta fish just made a nest out of bubbles. Is this a good sign?

He's a blue veiltail male.

At times, it is considered normal for Beta fish to make bubbles. It is mainly caused by air bubbles escaping and collecting up in water to form a nest. It can also be an indicator of nesting if the fish is female.

It's normal. My Betta fish always blows bubbles.
