There is absolutely nothing you can do to speed up your internal clock. Puberty is triggered but a combination of factors but mostly by your genetics. Your genes basically have a little clock that times down to starting puberty and in women, times down to menopause (stopping monthly cycles).

Adair is right. You will have a long lifetime after puberty. Try to enjoy each day and your body will do what it is supposed to when it is time.

Energy bars speed it up a little i hit puberty at 9 b/c i ate a lot of energy bars

Nothing at all. It will come when the time is right there's nothing you can do to speed it up. If u are very athletic and active you should look very healthy when it hits
