I found 3 little Kittens!

I found little cats in my backyard and they came up to me they just opens ther eyes but ther mum just left them idk what to do they won't eat :(

You need to get Kitten Milk Replacer from a vet clinic or TSC as soon as they open in the morning. In the meantime, try some warm water with a tiny bit of sugar added to keep them hydrated and keep their energy levels up. Cow's milk is the worst possible thing to give them... it can cause horrible diarrhea, and is actually worse than not giving them anything at all.

You're welcome. If they can't drink from a container yet, try dipping the corner of a clean cloth in the sugar water and get them to at least take a drop or two. In older days, we called this a sugar-teat.

You have helped me more than you will ever know. I live in and urban area where people move off and leave their pets. Dogs are picked up by the city however cats are left to make it on their own. On my limited budget I fed & water the cats outside however with your post I will be able to possible save the new born kittens. Thank you so much for your post.

they only drink milk, doesn't have to be milk from an actual cat though.

If they're that small that their eyes aren't open yet, they are going to need to be fed from a bottle/teat. I would take them to your nearest animal shelter.

if they are kittens some pet stores sell kitten milk, and a special bottle, that doesn't work I used a bit of cream and wet cat food sometimes works not always though. hope my advise helps. :)

For kittens under one year old give them Kitten Chow and fresh water several times per day. The outdoors can be their litter pan. P.S.-If your not ready to care for these pets notify the local animal control of the situation. Good luck.
