What type of photo is this?

What is this photo style called and how do you do it? I'm aware that you can do it with a GoPro, but this is most definitely not a GoPro camera.

From the photos, I would say it looks like Candid photography, because this sort of photography is about being spontaneous. It could also be sports photography considering the guys are skating.
