You're means "you are" and actually that I a good question

You're = you are
Your is used like this:
"Hey, where is your notebook?"
You're is used like this:
"You're going to the airport at 12 o'clock?"
So it's, "You're Welcome".

"You're" is a contraction for "you are", while "your" is possessive, so "you're welcome" would be grammatically correct.

All the answers are right, so I'm just going to say good on you for asking instead of just spelling it wrong like so many others do.
