If you tagg your fb friend on facebook a photo which you've blocked in the 'only me' privacy settings can their friends also see the photo ?

Their friends may not see the photo. When you select the only me audience, the tag is only visible to the person who posted it. If however, you have selected the option 'Visible to friends', then the tag will be visible to the person's friends. For more details, visit http://www.facebook.com/help/tagging.

If you block anything by selecting the " Only Me " option, no one can see anything of yours. Just you. So, no. No one will be able to see it.
