What exercises can help you lose weight if you are a teenager?

I'm a teenager and i feel fat i know i'm not supposed to but i do ANY HELP!!!

Some good exercises that can help you to lose weight if you are a teenager are cardio workouts, swimming, jogging, running, cycling, rowing and yoga. Walking and running are both good whether you need to lose weight or not. Exercise also helps with those feel good endorphins!

Well im trying to lose weight as well and so far i've lost 2 stone on 4 weeks. All you really need to do is....
* Guzzle water but do not full on drink it .
*Dont eat when you're hungry . I know that sounds bizarre but when you do eat when you're hungry you tend to over eat. ( That Brain tends to take 20 minutes before noticing it's full) Eat 3 meals a day if you dont already do that.

*Walk / jog/ run
*Get up 10 Minutes earlier every morning and turn on the CD playing and dance around you room or house like a loon . This way you will been losing weight without knowing that you are.

* Have breakfast every morning.
*Instead of chrisps(chips)/ chocolate have an apple instead to confuse your brain.
*50 Sit ups
*25 Lunges
*25 Leg lifts on you bed
