How do i know i have an anger problem?

i can feel my heart start beating faster, my face begins to burn, and my body language shows aggression. and it is usually over something very small that is irrelevant to most things.

The physical reflexes that you have outlined are signs that you are having anger management problems. Other cues may include raising your voice, moving up and down restlessly and stiffening of muscles. Whenever you feel that anger is about to take control over you, try to breathe deeply so as to cool down your mental pressure. I advise that you consult a professional counselor who can help you with anger management.

Sounds about right. Find out what makes you angry, then try to evaluate why it makes you angry. Then put it on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the worst thing that could possibly happen. Also ask yourself if the subject at matter is worth wasting all that time and energy spent getting all huffy and puffy about. That usually helps me, but I'm not a Dr. : / lol
