How can you be a good parents?

I need a two or more reasons to answer this questions..... what the reason might be?

You can become a good parent by listening to your children whenever they have something to tell you. You should always correct your children in a calm manner and reward them for good behavior. You have to listen to your kids. Try to understand what they are going through no matter what age. You have to care from them and your kids have to know they can trust you and always go to you for help.
