Hi ZoeDirtBikeBaBe14, I wish I could help but even moderators can't see your password. You can write to customer service though and see if they can help at http://asksupport.custhelp.com/app/ask. Wish I could do more, sorry :(

Zoe we can't give that type of info out publicly, only Customer Service can help with this one, I am sorry
