What is the per capita water consumption for rural school. If there is some value kindly provide the reference as well

I don't believe such a value has ever been calculated due to various reasons. First, you would have to go to every rural school in and monitor how much each student takes in a day, which is impossible. Again, surveys are conducted when there is need to establish something, and I don't think there has ever been a reason to find how much water pupils take in a day. On the whole, you are best off taking a random value or the average amount a person takes in a day and you multiply by the number of people in that area.
