Why doesn't anyone like real music anymore?

Everyone has their own definition of "real" music. Because everyone is different and therefore have different tastes in everything, including music. What do you consider real music?

I consider real music something that takes actual talent and intelligence to create. Examples: The Beatles, John Mayer, Switchfoot (still popular, one of my favorites), Ron Pope.. Just the stuff that the artists create themselves. That's real, and actually reflects what they feel, rather than reflecting what the label wants them to feel.

80's 90's rock I consider real music. Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, etc. Then they actually sang, didnt lip sing and were actually good singers. I'm not going to say I hate, just really really dislike the music now. Rap, pop, even country music is beggining to sound get edited. Yea, I dont like these robotic singers.

Computers!!! It doesn't take talent to be in music anymore,look at all the music today.It's what's going on these days and people are listening to it because its so abundant anymore.It's sad,but technology is in,talent is out.

I completely agree, the music now a days is completely meaningless. not too long ago you had to have a good voice to sing, now, with autotune, you can make your voice sound good, ok, but it also sounds robotic.

Any real music contains real instruments and not computer-based instruments that make your voice sound better.

Any kind of rock and country music is real music. Pop, Rap, and more contains computer-based instruments, that make the singers sound better.

I like some hip-hop and rap music. Like Eminem, and Ester Dean, but I love all kinds of Rock music so much better.
