How can i burn 500 calories just today ?

i burned 200 but im tired!

You've probably burned more than 500 calories. After a work out your body continues to burn throughout the day as a recovery. To burn the most amount of calories I'd suggest getting someone with weight training experience to help you and lifting very close to your maximum capacity.

Play one game of like basketball for an hour: it can burn 1000+ cals in one game... Go jogging for an hour

Lots of exercise and maybe some sit ups and push ups lots of tummy exercises that help any?
