NeverLame, hello. Two things you can do which will help, IF you are of a growing age, and have a good diet.
The first is sleep stretched straight out, not curled up. You may have to re-train yourself for this.
The second is, six mornings a week, when you get up stand straight, and REACH for the ceiling - tip-toes, fingers straight. Hold the position for 20-30 seconds, then relax. Do this about ten times every morning. You should notice a slight increase in height after two to three months of this routine. Good luck!
