You will cook ham in the Nuwave oven by first placing it on cooking rack that is on top of the liner pan. Set the timer to 25 minutes if you are cooking a thawed ham or 60 minutes if you are cooking a frozen. Press "Start." The oven automatically cooks items at its "Hi" power level, which is sufficient for a ham.
