It depends on what you like. I'm a coffee drinker from way back, but I also enjoy tea, especially iced, with lots of lemon. Both beverages have been determined to have good levels of antioxidants, but both also have significant amounts of caffeine (coffee more than tea). This isn't a problem if you only have a cup/glass or two a day, but if you overdo it, you might develop insomnia or heart palpitations--or both. I had the latter happen to me when I was having six cups of coffee a day, along with a glass or two of tea. But when I cut back (two cups a day and one glass of tea), they went away.
