Do you need a license to host a local event in massachusetts

I want to host a fundraising event for Boston children hospital at lake compound I was wondering do I need a license or do I need just need the owners permission thanks

You do not necessarily need a license to conduct a public event like the fundraising for the Boston children's hospital. most likely we have a socialistic state where the government tax and fee all we have and do gone are our liberties so do us all a favor dont vote democrate! or you will have more local government controlling our lives just like socialist russia
