High fiber fruits and vegetables, plums, prunes, raisins, apples, kale, spinach, turnip greens, whole grain breads, black beans, flax seed meal. If she is lactose intolerant, a milkshake should do it.

Prunes and anything with fiber! All natural sunflower seeds will too!

You might want to stick to drinks that help you poop. My mom uses orange juice or green tea, also make sure she is drinking lots of water.
