Whats the best thing to take to fall asleep besides medication
Melatonin is all natural and cheap(:
Drink warm milk or A tea that will help you sleep
Something warm to drink(not coffee)or try a soothing, relaxing activity. Maybe a massage or just laying there
Full stomach... & a light workout
Warm milk with a teaspoon of vanilla extract and sprinkle of sugar.
Take a warm bath with lavender scent - puts me out every time!
