How can I lose 10 pounds of belly fat in 1 or 2 weeks? Is it possible without pills or MAJOR change?

There is no "quick fix" for belly fat. I lost 100+ lbs. It takes a total life change. A good start for a fast change would be to eliminate empty calories. For example; if you drink regular soda switch to diet, coffee, drink it black. Eat little or no carbs so your body will use your fat for energy. Eat 5 or 6 small meals a day starting as soon as you wake up, lots of protein. And yes... You must get moving. If you're targeting your belly, do sets of crunches. A core ball works awesome for belly workouts. Good luck. Hope you have success with whichever method you use. Just remember, it takes time to build the fat, it will take time to lose it. No quick fix or pill will have any lasting impact.

I think its possible but i believe that you would have to excersise atleast 3 times a day for a couple of hours and you have to watch what you eat

Why is it that everyone wants a quick fix to a problem that took quite some time to develop, especially when the "quick fix" is usually neither permanent or even all that successful?!
Yo-yo dieting has been found to actually do more harm than just not losing the extra pounds in the first place. And people who yo-yo often end up adding a little more every time they put the weight back on. Fad diets and pills do not work over the long term.
When you lose fat, you lose it all over your body, not just from the area that bugs you the most. You can target certain areas as Rachel says by doing certain exercises.

Everyone wants a quick fix because the real work isn't easy. Let's face it, it's super easy to gain weight. It takes work and a total change in the way you think of food. I agree with your answer.

Yes, I know.... instant gratification, quick fixes, get rich quick schemes. The sad thing is that people throw away their money & time on this junk, and then seem so disappointed when it's not really gratifying, or doesn't fix what's wrong, or they're still living paycheck to paycheck. And then they wonder what when wrong. Sigh.
