Your doctor/neurologist can give you a list. Things like caffeine, MSG, soy, aspertine (fake sugars), alcohol are just a few things to avoid. It depends what type of seizures you have. Sometimes foods don't trigger them (such as stress, lights, medications, etc.).Loads of other things do cause seizures. Best of luck . It is no fun to have them but they are manageable and keeping up with help with the experts are your best bets.
