Where to light Safe & Sane fireworks in Southern California?

I Know that in Rialto, Fontana, & San Bernardino, the Safe & Sane ones are legal, but i also know there are area restrictions in San Bernardino, so i wanted to know if there are area restrictions in Rialto & Fontana because those are the closest cities to me where California Fireworks are legal. I can't find any info on thew internet.

You can light Safe&Sane fireworks in Southern California in several areas including, Artesia, Azusa, Santa Fe Springs, Compton, South Gate and South Elmonte. However, people are cautioned against the fireworks that rises in the air or moves above the ground by the State Fire Marshall. There are also designated times to use these devices.
