how much should a boy teenager drink if trying to lose weight. IN WATER BOTTLES

only drink water and nothing else. no soda or juice. Just by doing this you will lose lots of weight.

8 8 ounce cups a day drink a lot of water don't cut back if you are trying to lose weight but exercise a lot don't diet it's not healthy just change what you eat if you are a teen it's not the number that matters it is how healthy you are

I have always heard 8 glasses a day for anyone but if you are exercising you should hydrate yourself and have more. Good luck!
