how much should a boy teenager drink if trying to lose weight. IN WATER BOTTLES
only drink water and nothing else. no soda or juice. Just by doing this you will lose lots of weight.

I have always heard 8 glasses a day for anyone but if you are exercising you should hydrate yourself and have more. Good luck!
