Right after your oath of citizenship ceremony,when the judge ask if you wanna change your name,you said yes...does it cost anything to do it

Changing your name on the oath of citizenship ceremony will not cost you anything. This is because the fee is already incurred in performing the ceremony. You should also note that changing your name at a later moment is when a fee will be incurred.

No it will not cost you anything if you change your name during the ceremony but after that it will cost you.
