My deck is built out of salt treated lumber, which naturally greys over time. I would prefer it stay the same new color. How do I do that?

You really can't keep the color of the natural wood. After about six months, you can stain it to a color you find appealing.

As I understand it, you can take the grey with a water pressure gun, then you use a varnish sealant. Talk to someone in Home Depot or a company that builds decks.

You can't. Your best bet would to power wash it & apply a semi-transparent stain. You can choose any color you want. It will protect the wood & still let you see the grain of the wood !
FYI ... What ever color you pick will darken a little over time.
