Can i get a prepaid card where i can use anywhere like ebay and amazon?

so i want to get something on ebay but i dont want to put a card in, is there a prepaid card where i can get?For example , i heard there are some in 7 11. im not sure. does it have to be connected to a bank account? thank you !

I know there are Visa gift cards sold at places like Walmart & grocery stores that are suppose to work anyplace Visa charge cards would work.
