Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is a first-person shooter video game,It is the third installment in the Modern Warfare series, a direct sequel to 2009's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, and the eighth Call of Duty installment.As far as health & fitness, I guess you could run while playing, or I'm way off.

Well, factually yes. But every year it's basically the same game, different maps, different guns, that's it. Nothing stands out anymore. After MW2 I think the series itself went downhill.
