I just downloaded Skype on iPad, how do I create an account?

I just downloaded Skype on my iPad and the only option available is to ' Sign in'. I want to create an account. What do I do?

You can create on Skype by opening Skype and clicking on the Join Skype option. Then, fill out the Create an account tab with the required details and select a Skype Name. See https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA11008/How-do-I-use-Skype-for-iPad#1 for more details.
