Can marijuana stay in your system after 30 days?

My friend who is incarcerated stated that the parole board denied him being paroled becuase he showed positive for marijuana after being incarcerated for the same thing. He was told that he had to be using inside the facility. He told them that he had only used at the half way house and that when he was sent back that he had no access and that the chemical was still in his system. The parold board stated that it was not possible for marijuana to be in his system after 30 days and now they are keeping him possibly until July of 2011. He needs proof that this is possible.

This also depends on the amount of fat one carries. Fat cells tend to hold on to chemicals. So it could be 30 days or more. The best thing to do is not do it.

Even if he doesn't test positive in a piss test...they have other method of showing definitive results....that's either thru blood test or hair.

Shouldn't be taking it to begin with, them you wouldn't have to worry about it
