Why do I keep getting headaches?

So lately I have been getting headaches randomly. When i get them though it feels like I'm getting car sick (even when i'm NOT in a car). Also everytime i have gotton a car lately i get "car sick" as well. And the most littlest things set them off. For example, i have always listened to my iPod and now even when the music is low I get them. Then, if that wasn't irritating enough, i have been getting shaky at random times. Do you guys know what might be going on??

Shaking at random times is either spasms or seizures. Talk to your doctor.

Perhaps you have been going to sleep late.? Or maybe you spend time on your iPod, I spend most of my time and I get headaches because it's lack sleepiness.

Too much Monster? ;-)
On a much serious side- I know how bad heachaches can suck and I turn into a totally different person when one graces me with it's presence.
If it's bugging you so much, and your under 18, tell your guardian, and get it checked out!

Describe your symptoms to a doctor. They do not sold like classic migraine complaints, but double check. Sounds like there's something essential missing from your diet or something you are allergic to. Feel better,

Call your dr. Maybe too much MSG. Do you eat alot of Cheetos, Doritos..? Things with Monosodium Glutamate? If so try stopping for a few days. It is a headache trigger.

ask a doctor about a possible deep inner ear infection or perhaps damage caused by your music to your inner ear. the dizziness and nausea could be due to illness of or damage to structure deep in your ears which houses the your vestibular system as well as auditory functions. vestibular being balance. even a clogged ear can screw up this system and make you dizzy and the dizzy can make you sick. really something as simple as a wax plug in your ear or a blocked eustachian tube could explain your symptoms. so could a tumor. you should go to the doctor.

i get alot of headaches too!
all you do is when you start to feel a headache coming, take motrin or advil, or whatever you take right away, and it will get rid of your headache very fast.
also don't eat lots of chocolate or junky foods.
my doctor also told me another thing that gives people headaches, if you drink too much caffeine.
so you can still drink soda, but try to only drink it if it's caffeine free!
hope I helped!(:
