I bought an iTunes movie on my ipod and it said the HD version would be avialabe on my computer nut how do i get it from my computer?

I just want to know how to get the movie's HD version once i already downloaded it on my ipodtouch

I believe the next time you sign onto ITunes from your computer a notification should pop up saying something about a movie and once you connect and sync your IPod, it should be on your IPod.

Yea i thought that to at the beginning but it didn work :/ it took me a wile to figure it out but i finally did :D turns put i jus had to go on itunes (computer) then downloads and at the bottom it said "avialable dowloads" so i clicked on it and the movie started dowloading both HD and SD but thanks dude :)
