How much do you get paid to be a foster parent in Virginia?

It all depends on the age and mental condition of the child. However, this range is between $15 and $30 a day in total compensation. That compensation is not always in cash and may be a combination of food stamps, clothing vouchers and donated goods.

You have to pay to get a child. The foster house has to make money.
