youre too young to worry about losing any fat. your body still has a lot of changing to go through before adulthood. and you need to be more comfortable withh yourself. just worry about school and friends and if you still worry about it take up a sport that you would need a lot of upper body strength for such as baseball, softball, basketball, swimming is great excercise.

ur still so young and the younger u r the faster u lose weight just practice a sport that u like nd stop eating candy nd fast food

You're way too young to be worrying about your weight, but I'd it gets out of hand, you can lift some weights or practice carrying some heavy items..
