can you keep your kids from living or staying with another male in Texas, through a divorce?

I went through that many years ago and it wasn't easy at first. But if the "new guy" is good to your kids and they like him, consider yourself and your kids blessed. You and I both have heard stories that are just the opposite. I wanted to be the only Dad, but after I saw that they were being treated good and were happy, I was ok. Hope this helps.

That's great that you could actually step back and do what was actually best for your kids. This is becoming more and more unusual.
