I think this is going to be a very close race like the Gore/Bush race. I think that Obama is going to win, even though I don't care for either candidate. People think that when a candidate is a wealthy successful businessman (Romney) that they can help the economy, and they do, but only for the wealthy like themselves Obama has a hard time relating and connecting with the public and doesn't offer any warmth or encouragement. It will be interesting to watch this election. Female/42
This is a difficult race to predict because there are so many factors at work. Obama (at this point) pretty much has the minority vote in the bag. No president has ever won with out a significant portion of the minority vote. But there is still time for Romney to turn that around, and it's possible that he will because of the unconstitutional citizens united. Most people don't eat breathe and sleep politics, so they rely on the short ads they see on tv. Thanks to citizens united, super rich republicans are able to put more attack ads on tv than democrats. This could sway people who don't check the facts. Also, a key swing state (FL) is purging democrat voters at an astonishing rate. If Romney wins this election, it will be because his rich buddies buy it for him, and his partisan buddies threw voters in the trash.
