Run out into the streets and say I'm free!! And wear some hippie's clothes. LOL.
Look at the sky behind you, yell "oh no they're coming!" in a really loud voice, start to run, knock into someone, say "you're in danger, you need to get out of this place." and then dart away round the corner and scream. when people come to assist you, you will already have donned a fake beard, a trench coat, some pink sunglasses and a multicolored beanie, and you will be smoking a long pipe and humming a Beatles song. when the people ask where that other man went, say "they found him." stand up, put a hand in your pocket, and stroll away leisurely.
Run up to someone and randomly yell "Your mom" or "That is Mahogany" lol you wont believe the results !
Just stand out there and say HI, you'd be surprised how many people just flat out ignore you
Come up behind someone nonchalantly and try to hold their hand and see their reaction. Do that to any/every stranger. Saw a video of that.

dress up as something crazy or just wear stuff like the band lmfao and dance terribly to an old song or you can drive by slowly near somebody jogging,and blast the song "eye of a tiger" for motivation!!!
