it all depends on your age . im a teen and i need 1500 calories a day, i ate healthy and only ate about 300 calories a day with exercise ( i exercised only because i was feeling a bit insecure about myself and my 6 pack was going away and i love females haha ) . thats a drastic drop in calories . so you just need to lower your calories and exercise and youll lose weight fast and easy .
lower and restrict your daily caloric intake. Do not consume high fructose corn syrup. (Princeton study if you want to know why.) Exercise if you want to lose more but diet alone will make you lose weight. Exercise will tone you though so you'll look better when you do lose the weight ;)
